Bottega Italia is the newest restaurant of Alessandro “Alex” Prestifilippo, founder of Temecula’s beloved Gourmet Italia. Building on his legacy of authentic flavors and heartfelt hospitality, Alex has crafted Bottega Italia as a lively, all-day bistro where the spirit of Italy comes alive in Old Town Temecula.
