At Bottega Italia, we bring the spirit of Italy to life in Old Town Temecula. Founded by Alessandro “Alex” Prestifilippo—also the visionary behind the locally loved Gourmet Italia—our bistro is built on the idea of simple, honest cooking and the joy of shared meals.

Since opening in 2020, we’ve crafted a dining experience that blends tradition with creativity. From freshly baked pastries and Illy coffee in the morning, to vibrant brunches, Neapolitan pizzas, refined dinners, and homemade gelato, every dish reflects our passion for quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavors.

More than a restaurant, Bottega Italia is a place where guests can gather from morning to night—whether for a quick espresso, a leisurely meal, or a celebratory toast with a glass of Poggio Leano wine, our family’s own vineyard and estate label.
